St Ives Slip & Slide operates with clear guidelines to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. All participants are required to follow our safety rules and complete a short briefing before their session. Our team is on hand throughout the day to supervise and support. Please take a moment to read the information below before your visit.
Safety First
Your safety is our top priority. All sessions are supervised and designed to be fun, controlled and safe for everyone taking part.
Safety Briefing
All participants must complete a short safety briefing before their session. This includes key guidance to help you slide safely and get the most out of your time.
Age & Supervision
Children must meet our minimum age and height requirements. Younger participants should be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Rules of sliding
Simple rules are in place to keep everyone safe, including how to slide, spacing between riders and when to go. These must be followed at all times.
Clothing requirements
Swimwear is recommended, and wetsuits are available to hire. Loose clothing and sharp objects are not permitted on the slide.
Weather & Conditions
We continuously monitor weather and conditions to ensure safe operation. In rare cases, sessions may be delayed or rescheduled for safety reasons.
